What is Functional Fitness?
Functional Fitness is training that focuses on movements and exercises that help restore function to joints and build strength in muscles of the body. These changes help you get back to living life without those nagging pains and weaknesses that may be holding you back from enjoying life to the fullest.
What do we offer?
At Game Changers, we offer semi-private (1 trainer to 4 clients) training classes with a focus on functional fitness. These classes allow us to keep costs low, while still giving you the attention to detail you would get with 1 on 1 training. We also focus on life outside the gym with daily tracking of selected habits (i.e., protein intake and water intake). We focus on improving your lifestyle, not just your training in a gym.
